You may have been asked by IT Support to reset your internet cache and cookies at one point or another if you are having issues accessing certain websites, but how exactly do you do that? This simple guide will walk you through how to perform this process.

1. In Chrome, click on the three dots that you see in the top right-hand corner of the window and navigate to 'Delete browsing data...'

2. In the pop-up, click on the 'Advanced' tab. Change your time range to 'All time'. Select both 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files'. Click on 'Delete data' to clear your cache and cookies.

3. Close out of all Chrome windows that you have open. If you are in eLead CRM or other programs that pop information out into separate windows, you will need to close those out too.

4. Reopen Chrome and sign back into the website that you are trying to access. If you continue to have issues with that website, please contact IT Support at itsupport@prestonauto.com
