How do I park a phone call?

NOTE: CDK has advised us that the bottom Park button may not work all the time and could put us at risk of dropping calls unnecessarily. In order to ensure that all calls are being parked correctly, please refer to the following steps below:


  1. While on a call, press the side Park button at the top-left of your screen right below the label of your line extension. You will hear a tone, this is normal.
  2. From here, you will need to manually assign the call to one of the five call parks your store has available on the righ-hand side of the screen. Any call park that is lit up green is available to use, and those that are flashing red already have a call parked on that line. Press the key that corresponds to the call park that you wish to use to finish parking the call. You will receive an automated prompt that says "Your call has been parked, thank you." Refer to the attached graphic 
  3. The call is now parked and you are free to start paging
